All orders are shipped via standard shipping (FedEx Smart Post/UPS Sure Post).

Return & Exchange Policy
Online Return Policy :
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of purchase with the original receipt. Items must be new, unused, unworn, and in unopened packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the full purchase price. Please refer to our return policy exceptions for items not covered by our standard return policy.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Returns should be sent within 30 days from the order date.
Returns must first be approved by our team or by our automated return system.
Items returned for a refund will have a 10% restocking fee applied. However, there's no restocking fee for exchanges.
Merchandise must be new, unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.
Returns should include the packing slip generated from the noted return process.
Return shipping fees must be covered by the customer.
Refunds will cover the item's cost minus the 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.
All Ornaments and Sunglasses sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
